so lately i've been diving into some intense DIY projects at home. seriously underestimated how much time and effort goes into building a bookshelf from scratch. i mean, i thought it would be just some quick measuring, cutting, and assembling, but turns out there's a science to making the thing stand straight. ended up with a few extra holes in the wall, but hey, it's standing!
also, had a quick trip to the local farmer's market yesterday. picked up some fresh veggies and fruits, and even tried my hand at making homemade salsa. it was actually pretty fun experimenting with different flavors, though my first batch was a bit too spicy. gonna try a milder version next time.
now just chilling at home, catching up on some reading and enjoying the new bookshelf. it's kinda satisfying to see something you built yourself holding up all your favorite books. thinking about what my next DIY project should be. any suggestions? 0 reply

Back in 2013, my friend Jake, a tech enthusiast, was raving about this new thing called Bitcoin. During one of our coffee meetups, he convinced me to buy a few bitcoins, which were priced at around $100 each. Skeptical but curious, I bought five. Fast forward to 2017, Bitcoin's value skyrocketed to nearly $20,000 per coin. My initial $500 investment had grown to almost $100,000! I cashed out a portion and treated myself to a dream vacation in Japan.
