My wife gave birth to a beautiful baby girl on Sat. Our first. As a parent, whatโs your fav piece of advice youโve received or lesson learned?

Big ๐. Best present ever. Sleep when they sleep, esp the first 3 months if possible..

It might be easier in Europe due to the leave and a few other things.. Breastfeeding makes it super tough, but we definitely did try..

In Canada I could take up to 18months. So itโs not so bad. But I used to be one of those people who could sleep on a rock in the middle of the street and after having a kid all of that went out the window. Breastfeeding made nights so hard as itโs much slower than bottle
