Congratulations!! Best thing I did is read 0 baby books. Not over obsess over milestones. If something is potentially concerning, you’d know! Trust your instincts.

Your sense of time will accelerate. Be aware that even the hardest moments you'll experience with your kid are moments you will likely miss when you're older. Tap into your old self and appreciate every single moment with your child for the gift that it is.

Congratulations!!!! I know it's a cliche, but, enjoy every single moment because it goes in a heartbeat. My girl is 3 and feels like she was born yesterday. Also, wet wipes will save your life several times.

Everyone will have opinions on what you should do, but you and your partner should be on the same page on what you want. It’s also never as black and white as it feels, set non negotiable boundaries, but flexibility on the little things is worth the peace of mind. Love them and they will just fine!

As the years pass remember how unconditional your love is for your baby girl right now (the day she was born)and hold that for her. Unconditional love…does NOT depend on what she does or how she behaves. Pure, unconditional love ❤️. Simply loved for just being not doing.
