Pulled chicken or pork tacos, potatoes dauphin, French onion soup (the bones is the hardest and longest part) - well worth it 😊

Cornstarch is a nice trick to tenderize the meats.. Love a good soup in the winter. Have fun

Hmm yeah pulled pork and chicken I haven’t always been a fan of mostly because it can be very dry if not cooked correctly. 

I am on my French potato winter though so dauphin and soup are great suggestions!
