1) not knowing where rent or mortgage will come from next month is really hard

2) selling is hard but the most important skill - sell to investors, sell to customers, sell to family

3) there are mind boggling levels of tedium when resources are scare & it’s all on you; tax, hr, hosting, invoices, registration, law
