Winter is when nature crawls to a stop.
I truly believe in taking cues from nature and accepting that productivity is cyclical. Like so many, I have struggled with overachieving as a way to feel worthy. The last snow reminded me I chose to heal from that mentality by embracing the restorative power of unapologetic rest
