I refuse to buy furniture other than a bed for my apartment because it’s just shit I’ll have to deal with when I leave it

So I am going to make a fake forest and fill the thing with plants and my grounding mat

one weekend of progress in acquiring plants

For sure, pothos are super easy. I don't know the proper name for these, airplane or spider plant. When they are happy they grow a long vine-like branch and start popping out babies.
