Sorry to hear that. I heard that was one of the bigger side effects. I don't eat much red meat so it seems like rocket fuel to my body.

It has a really bad effect on my digestion so I had to give up on it.

I wasn't really that weight conscious before (I just knew my belly was growing 🤣) But yes I would say I have put on some weight. Your muscles absorb the Creatine and a bunch of water, so that seems like a normal part of the process.

Did you also gain some weight? My friends that take it told me that they gain at least 3 to 5kg.
