DAY 1 of my "No Sugar" challenge. Everyone I've talked with that cut out sugar experienced dramatic health benefits. I'm hoping for improvement in my sleep and better focus. Have you had a positive (or negative) effect from cutting out sugar? https://amerisleep.com/blog/sugar-and-sleep/

Both πŸ˜† Getting started is hard, it's like kicking any other addictive substance. There will be withdrawal symptoms in the early days. Once you work past those though, reduced inflammation, less brain fog, weight reduction are on top of the list for me. Highly recommend this practice. The more serious you get about it, the more you will realize sugar and sweeteners are in damn near everything that comes premade. It's quite a rabbit hole.
