I have taken first aid/CPR certification classes a couple times and it’s always a worthwhile exercise The last time I took it in NYC last year they had a section on what to do when you see someone passed out on the sidewalk etc and how to approach which I found useful I don’t want to be useless in the apocalypse

I took one when I was living in Bangkok, and we had a special unit on "what to do when bitten by a cobra".
