i want to obtain the total number of "user-initiated" transactions on the Ethereum mainnet from the 1st block of January 1, 2023, until the latest block.. since this is an year long transactions that i'm looping through, what's the most efficient way, can anyone please guide me? will be super super helpful 🙏

narrow down to external transactions i.e., key signed transactions. it skews things a bit but should be at least 75% accurate
