Who here has used or currently uses Jira (by Atlassian) and what do you have to say about it? POAP Inc uses it heavily and we are exploring alternatives.

We have been using Jira for over 2 years now. We tried clickup as well but revert back to Jira. clickup comes with some features that makes organisation better such as folders, but Jira seems more better features such as bug tracking and prioritisation works better with Jira. However, Jira is buggy sometimes
