Is there anyone else who’s taken a massive loss during this year ? 
What’s the real path to coming back from it ?
I try so hard not to think about what happened to me, but not a moment goes by where it leaves my mind, i get panic attacks, my heart races

I feel like I’ve lost the best years of my life, and I honestly don’t think I have time left to make up for it, it feels like all my dreams have been buried

I once lost $250000 when I was 25, and I got it back, crypto isn’t what it used to be, im only sharing the number so tell this isn’t a small loss now either

And honestly … sometimes I just don’t want to keep going, i need your experience, help me 🙏🙏🙏
