frequently people interview to join the company and haven't used the product once. what? i'm so confused by this. I specifically don't ask them to do it because I expect them to do it pro-actively. It weirds me out how little people give a shit.

it's surprising, right? you'd think using the product would be a no-brainer before an interview. guess not everyone sees it that way.
