I’ve usually put in a couple minutes of time at least before I post in this channel each morning. But today we’re just gonna wing it. 

See I had a horrible night sleep again with another migraine, and gave me a super slow start.  Notifs still pending no time to vibe 💔🧘‍♀️📲

The good news is Advil works. Now I have a couple errands to run and then I’m 🤞🏼going to try to trade my car in for a newer version.

 I used to have migraines too, and I used to get meds from the hospital.

 Has it always been that way, that the bone is hitting a nerve?

I have a bone that pops out of my neck and sits on my occipital nerve.  I wanted to describe it as less of a headache and more of a head pain. ￼

I don’t know if that makes sense
