Thought experiment: What is a workable model for understanding what evolution might be conceived of from a fourth dimensional perspective, where time is omnidirectional? Is there any way to make sense of it?

Or for that matter, any Process, any ongoing verb, anything that unfolds across time. A human life, would it be distinct as a separate thread from a protozoa? Or would the thread be DNA, with neither as a separate thread in this tapestry, but simply different stitches?
