That's EXACTLY correct! The "and" is typically reduced to a simple 'n' sound in speech!

Funny we got also in our language that we short cut words 😅 not always in speaking but also in writing . 

and we are also good at coming up with many different words for the same object or event, so some words can have multiple meanings depending on how you put them in a sentence or with your facial expression
