I’ve worked at a crypto recruitment company for 2 months now. The main thing I’m learning is that it’s reeeeallly hard for people with no web3 experience to get in right now. If you’re hiring, are you open to web2 peeps? How would they stand out beyond the obvious (being involved in communities etc)?

I am also a part of a Web3 recruitment agency and our clients would be happy to get Web2 people and onboard them into Web3. Anyone with Web2 dev tooling experience is usually involved in at least 2-3 processes with us.
