This is an amazing research paper that I just found online, which explains how the consumption of non-A2 milk has severe implications for our physical and mental health. https://nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/NEJMc2005220

I will dive deeper into it once I review the responses this paper has received, but you can take a look for yourself and realise that we should not recommend chugging milk as a health practice to the next generation.

A few observations: - Skimmed milk causes weight gain as it does not satisfy your appetite. - It can also cause prostate cancer. - It creates digestive and autoimmune issues for some people. Yes, there are health benefits, but not from the current milk sources. Perhaps they come from A2 milk.
