Currently, we’re on the path of protocolizing digital governance. Yet it seems to be converging on esoteric jargon and functions, is there a path out? Is there something else that won’t lead us to localized ossification with niche standards, procedures, and a working class of governance technical support?

Imo DAO models only work when work of the core specialist team voted for by the masses are not subjected to whims and fancies of people who change their minds
E.g. Core specialists (leaders, main coders, etc) focus on their output work
DAOs then fulfill the political aspect? Of voting for various matters which aim to improve output 

Seems to be an easy thing but on paper difficult to execute. Best seen e.g. from perhaps Jup governance, worst ones - most failing defi protocols
