Also, I don’t know if fabric would be super useful here since it’s more so for crowdfunding with a certain goal amount (not applicable here). IMO, we either do something like what @raddave proposed or start off with a multisig and iterate from there

Something like this could work but wouldn’t it be better to not use uniswap and just do a pro-rata mechanism since the first to sell the ERC20 for a particular race would get more of the proceeds if we go with Uniswap? (Unless I’m misunderstanding it)
