Hey everyone :) I'm the owner of /kawaii and looking to spread the kawaii culture globally. I’d love to get your thoughts and advice on how to do this. Kawaii is a Japanese word similar to "adorable." It can describe adorable animals, kids, or even be used as a compliment or to show affection. Our channel is all about sharing various forms of kawaii, like art, animal photos, and cute happenings. I believe it has a lot of potential. I’d love to hear your ideas on how to make the channel more attractive. It could be about event ideas, ways to run the channel, or anything else. Just followed you and the /kawaii channel. Seems it's going to be an awesome channel. I have been looking for a channel for celebrating (cute happenings ) and sharing cute photos of the twins and Sophie. I might just get super active in the channel 🤗

Your channel is too cool for those people who like cute, anime, etc. You can reach very high if you get your posts to other channels! Regarding that channel, but with its "Kawaii" touch, collaborations are something that always works well if planned in advance and well managed. His channel is mostly about images which invites people to participate with people who don't know graphic design could do it with an Ai using the "Kawaii" prompt. This will bring in new people and of course you will obviously see the love of the people who enter and participate in your channel that you will really like!

It is a good channel IMO. It is wide, so there are many things people can post here. What you did last time, starting the channel with a huge event, was really good to get more into the channel. I was shocked that not a lot joined even with a huge bounty for a simple task. You got Pichi to join, too, so it should be a good thing for visibility. There's a lot of things you can do but this all depends on team capabilities + budget as well. Here's some: Encourage more high-follower people to post on the channel (reward them or ask as a favor, idk). Make another kawaii event (or make it regular, like every weekend) Deploy a rounds.wtf in the channel for a week long event of posting kawaii images Make sure the people that posts here are rewarded with engagement. While the channel is small, the team should make sure they engage with people posting here. Do collab events with bigger channels. If you have a techy person for coding/frames, i really liked what they did with powerfeed and having like a tipping emoji.

Kawaii has a very wide range of meaning. Illustrations of girls, animals, children, accessories...some people might even think insects are cute. One of the characteristics of kawaii is that it has a wide range of genres, but if you list things that everyone thinks are kawaii, it may become cluttered. How about setting a theme for each period or holding a contest?

I thought the image contest you ran not long ago was a really good way to get people into the channel (it got me in anyway - even though I did not submit my image - I dunno it looked a little too AI for me to be proud of).
