America feels overheated 

Not only from an economic standpoint, but as a body politic

It’s been relentless change since 2016 at a minimum, and the people are tired

It may be a golden era for the country from a business climate perspective, but if that doesn’t translate to letting ordinary people rest, it’s a superficial win

Not really. I am from nyc and lived in LA.  Both same vibes everyone is overworked And underlived.
Florida is the same but with the opposite reasoning. Most people just want to live. 
The Midwest is the balanced states. 

You might just need to change your environment to get a different perspective. 
Don’t get me wrong I agree but there is more to it
