full contact sports really kill your lower back especially if you play for 1hr+ one thing i have recently found is that if you do cupping on your lower back after playing, it's like a 50-80% recovery hack. did it the last 3 times and it's amazing how much of a difference it makes especially the next day https://www.webmd.com/balance/cupping-therapy

i've always wanted to try cupping - just never gotten around to it i'm even thinking of getting at at-home kit (amazon has them for like $30) sounds like i really should be giving it a try 100 $DEGEN

yea i use an at home kit, you need the gel though. it's kind of annoying to clean them which you have to be good about there's also these new electronic devices which are more expensive but supposedly easier to operate it's worth it though especially if you're doing hard physical labor or contact sports
