It's not complete bullshit, but you can't spend your life on your phone. Fill your life with things you can touch. Send postcards. Buy CDs, posters, coins and records. Print photos. You don't just shape your space; it then shapes you. Communicate live. Don't send voice mails, damn you. Show your values. Or better yet, touch them. If there's nothing to touch, look for your wife's values.
