I stopped running for new movies, new albums and new books. He'll be in time. My processes are more important and I don't want to break away from them. 8. Time is running out. If you're starting a new career or learning a new skill and you're not doing well, don't despair. Maybe it will take you 5 or 10 years to get to a good level. So what? They will go this way and that, but in a couple of years you will regret that you did not start today.

7. Getting up early is complete nonsense. There is no benefit from this. You need to get up when you've had enough sleep. Another thing is that for this it is easiest to go to bed earlier.
