All caught up on notifications, hammered this pre workout back 10 minutes ago, and now itβs time to get some training in. Itβll take about 2 weeks of true consistency to really get the body and mind back into the groove of WANTING to train and get over this hump of feeling like Iβm forcing myself. LFG!! πͺ ποΈββοΈ

Tbh I did a little bit of everything, but with an emphasis on shoulders. While I get back into the groove of things Iβm just gonna hit every area a bit but not too crazy over these first couple weeks.
