Anyone read this? Just picked up a copy to see if I can improve myself a bit. Unmedicated ADHD - along with some other mental/physical issues from military life - leave me pretty unorganized and often procrastinating. I know just reading a book won’t solve it all and I’ll still have to take a lot of action, but it’s a start. Surprise visit from the kitten too! πŸ˜‚

What branch? Remember a 2 millimeter adjust can give you a huge change down range!

I've done Tony Robins 3 day thing where you walk on hot coals and stuff. He talks about making small changes specifically 2 mm and how it can have a huge impact. I thought of that when I saw your book title & wanted to share. Airforce cool; I was in the Marines. What did you do in the AF?

Oh wow, did you find it was worth the value to do a retreat like that? That's awesome bro, I never knew that. Are you a civilian now? Essentially the trade is an aircraft mechanic.

Yeah, I've been out for a while. That sounds cool. I knew guys who were air wing in the Marines similar stuff I'm sure. The Tony Robbins thing was cool. I would recommend it. It can get pricey but felt like I get something out of it.

Ya man, I definitely enjoyed it for most of my career. Could be similar, hard to say with US and Canada! The cost for those retreats is always the divider, but that's sick that you recommend it and feel the value was worth it. I'm probably too much of a hermit at this point to try something like that, but maybe one day haha.

They do a great job of getting everyone out of their shells. Basically, if you're willing to pay the price for it, you'll go and get something out of it. They know it too if you pay the fee you're committed.
