/vitalic channel is natural progression with the establishmet of anon accounts. Now, anybody can share quality proposals for Ethereum without sharing their name, without being discredited by missing credentials. However, if an idea is good, there might be a reward waiting for you (financial or prestige) and it could make sense to reveal your identity. cc @slokh, /anoncast enables this, right?

Yep! That’s why we built reveals in such a way, people can run their own bounties to get people to reveal
