Why Snap?
Fits with the implementation. A while back I was exploring forking Farcaster to support completely different message types (nook + anonworld could be Farcaster forks). A more generic name is nicer for that.

Inspiration is for amateurs!

Curious, is Snapchain its own network? Like Basechain or Zorachain?

only problem is the Snap brand is pretty well established already which will lea to more confusion
