that's how we get work done. it's a ticket / task / project management tool that is really excellent here's an example of a ticket for a feature that is design complete and ready to be built out:

someone says "hey my icebreaker profile is doinked rn" > hit Linear cast action > have ticket now, copy link > send ticket link to @tayyab > tayyab fixes

I see! So it's more of customer relations/support? I thought you needed connection to WC casts for developing a product. π If the action is not there, is creating a linear task from cast difficult?

Hahaha. But that's a huge benefit for customers IMO. If i'd log a concern, atleast I wanna know that I'm being taken care of.
