that's how we get work done. it's a ticket / task / project management tool that is really excellent here's an example of a ticket for a feature that is design complete and ready to be built out:

I see! So it's more of customer relations/support? I thought you needed connection to WC casts for developing a product. πŸ˜… If the action is not there, is creating a linear task from cast difficult?
