The economic opportunity for channel hosts is pretty incredible. Not only do you own the channel itself, you also have a direct financial relationship with subscribers. I can’t think of another online distribution channel outside of email where this exists.

That's true. Plus I can imagine a marketplace for channels too.

Do you mean buying and selling channels in the marketplace? Since we are decentralizing the channels, it seems like something that could happen.
