would love an auto translate feature where ppl can write in their native language and we read in our native language

i.e. i pick my read language as english, but they can write in whatever language they want

feel there a lot of ppl who are not native to english trying to converse, but it might not all come across

There was a push for this before. I’m in some Japanese communities too. 

There is a translate action but it just notifs you the translation.

that’s a potential win tho, imma look for it

preferably would have the setting where i read english but they write in whatever language they want

It’s a one way translate and they’ll need to translate yours too. Pretty sure it was @undefined who did it too. I was using it before then i switched to using just google translate
