Hmmmmm. Personally, an exceptional community channel host for me

Firstly, engages actively and keeps conversations flowing. They listen well and pay attention to members' suggestions and concerns. This makes people feel that they are welcome cause even the host engages with them.

Secondly, they know their stuff. As much as I want to have a host that feels equal to members, we still need someone to lead the group and it is easier and feels more natural if the host has deep knowledge about the channel's focus.

Next, the host brings the community together by encouraging connections between members.

Is a leader. Can utilise the strength of the members to better the community.

Innovative. Brings fresh ideas and approaches to increase activity among members and gather more members.
