"Marriage in Cana of Galilee" (1501). The life journey of human souls, since the fall of Adam and Eve, has been his favorite subject. The path from earthly pleasures to the torments of hell - in the slightly ironic, but so recognizable paintings of Hieronymus Bosch. Impressive are also the faces depicted in mass scenes on biblical subjects. His followers learned to paint in a similar manner, but were never able to surpass the great master.
