Is there a crypto wallet that lets me do this: 1. 'Address Book' 2. 'Add' 3. Select 'Chain' (eth, base, etc.) 4. Input address Then: 5. Select a token and send to address book entry 6. Wallet proposes the cheapest routes including bridging 7. If I've never sent anything to this address entry before, asks me if I want to do a test transaction

I would suggest @zerion.eth and @interface Of course not everything from your list is implemented there, but most of them are, I use both, personally for me there are no disadvantages and it covers my needs completely. @interface has a little more advanced functionality try it
