It has become clear some tippers are engaging in short-term extractive behavior. So beginning within the next day, new restrictions will be enforced:

1. Tips to other tippers won't count toward your tipper score.
2. Within a 7 day rolling window...
  - a max of 15% of allowance can be given to other tippers
  - a max of 15% of allowance can be given to the same user

These changes will benefit honest tippers and hopefully drive more value to underrated users who haven't heard of Farther, which is ultimately the biggest thing that can grow this project over the long term.

If I understand correctly, then I can give no more than 15% of my daily amount, right?
if I have 3000, then I can give 450, right?

So for a week there is a floating allowance, how will this 15% be calculated? there is no fixed amount

It looks at your weekly total, not daily. So if you give someone your entire allowance to someone one day, its ok but you'll need to wait a week (give or take, depending on your daily allowance size) to tip that person again.

This is necessary because some users are literally tipping their entire allowance to the same user every day. Its very shady.
