Interesting since inflation is <3%. What I think most people mean is ‘prices’ - and those are notoriously sticky.

Crazy when consumers must point that sticky poop covered finger back at themselves too… higher wages mean somethings gotta give. I did a quick breakdown on the cost of avocado on toast and yeah them shits shouldn’t be $20.
