Don’t know who to follow on Warpcast? I would suggest following the top 100 users on the rewards leaderboard. This has made my feed much more active and interesting

Thought experiments in the crypto space about how future adoption will be achieved cannot be solved in a vacuum. But alas, that’s how so many in the space see it . “One thing people in crypto often refuse to address is that we don’t live in the matrix. We live in the world and social systems are the most important part. And inequality in these systems, creates the prerequisites for actual revolution. Not technological ones.” - @thumbsup.eth

This is why Trump shouldn’t be seen as bullish for crypto! He is a polarizing factor that will make nearly half the us population be anti crypto based on his association with it. This isn’t going to help long term adoption.

While the election of Trump was seen as very bullish for cryptocurrency, I believe it shouldn’t be seen that way. In fact, I think it could be very bad in the long term. One only needs to look at his comments on crypto being a scam and his overall polarizing effect. It is guaranteed that at a little less than half of the US population will now have a negative view of cryptocurrency.

Even though Trump later stated BTC and ETH are part of the reserve, this is not bullish for crypto long term. The govt having a massive stash of crypto that they can sell off at anytime and decimate the market is BAD. This administration might not sell, but what about the next one? USA will likely flip from red back to blue after this admin. What then? Dems have no interest in crypto currently.

Fun fact about Delta that many people don’t know: the pilots each carry trading cards of their aircraft to hand out if passengers request them. So cool!

I know that you will enjoy ANY of the many barbecue places! Texas barbecue brisket (or just “barbecue”, as all Texans call it) is the absolute best!

It feels like some of the momentum of the "let's explore alternatives to SF" movement has weakened since 2021, with AI and "back to the office" mandates contributing to re-centralization. What are your updated thoughts on how we can cleave apart that network effect to create more practical freedom of location?

The best country would have: * EU floor numbers (ground floor is 0th) * Also Global South floor numbers (don't skip 4th or 13th) * East Asian date format (YYYY-MM-DD) * EU time (24 hour) * Also non-Western time (no DST) * Anywhere-but-US units (meters, kg) * OK fine, if I can have all of the above I'll use Fahrenheit
