You could try something like this:

- randomly sample a few of your followers (say, 20)
- manually identify the bots
- compute the fraction of bots P(bot)

=> your estimated number of human followers is `num_followers * (1 - P(bot))`

60k is an overstatement of the # of followers, would prefer to see real number
