Tuesday Track Workout - 1.6k Warm Up 4 mins near threshold pace 7 x 1km at tempo (3:45/km) with 200m jog + 30s rest Cool Down Ran the last 1km rep in 3:22 - being indoor - Strava / Garmin will not get the pace right. Feeling good, 5k Time Trial on Saturday!
