eth optimism: - regime regulatory clarity good for eth defi - ux improvements like base getting faster, no longer needing token approvals, etc. will make it on par with solana - should be second biggest coin in the reserve obv solana has been the eco of the cycle but no structural reason that can’t change moving fwd
