rly need to establish an efficient solid full body mobility/yoga routine for the morning i'm probably being too ocd trying to craft the perfect one, if i do all this it's going to take 45 min lol

i think there's probably an 80/20 version you can figure out for me, exclusively pigeon pose helped a lot with running, so i just do that now whenever i do yoga by myself
