Speculation is two questions:

What does the future look like? How do I position?

Comes in many forms. trading, investing, building, etc. But those two questions stay constant

“Creating the future” is still these two questions

I think the moment we shift from analyzing to doing we open an infinite amount of questions. 

We cannot execute instantly, it's a process. There will be competition, feedback, iteration, and global shocks. It's no surprise that decision fatigue and building know each other all too well
