Is there anything about Farcaster being decentralized that uniquely lends itself to frames being possible, or could the same concept be built on a centralized social platform?

afaik, frames as a feature could exist on a centralized platform, but they'd lose their power

frames aren't great because they're on one client - they're great bc they can live on *all* farcaster clients at once

How relevant is this when Merkle has recently signaled client centralization and acquired like 3 alt client teams
