i just used a keurig all of last year, then i went to japan and got into espresso and now i'm tryna become a cool espresso making guy

Do, but also take some inspiration at: + Sey (Bushwick) + La Cabra (Soho, EV, Bushwick) The baristas are well trained, and will chat with you! in fact my friend used to be the GM of La Cabra, we should all hang out and he can teach you some tricks.
