Since we started minting CryptoCitizens in '21, I've been searching for a way to create a shared treasury controlled by our token holders. I have been unable to find a solution, still, three years later (!) This is such a huge opportunity I can't help but assume I must be missing something.

Doesn't allow you to set an existing NFT as a governance token AFAIK. You can invite wallets, or airdrop tokens, but those will diverge from the NFT community as people trade the underlying asset. I've spoke with @john about this before, but unless something changed it's not the right tool.
