Probably if it’s a friend’s project, or there’s utility that is valuable independent of price. I think token gated utility hasn’t found much pmf yet but probably there are some use cases out there that make sense

Owning a token is not really a relevant verb right now.

Hopefully, opening up tokens to do security-type things like giving yield will solve this.
