great point here. i actually think this is a temporary blip. as l2s are abstracted away from the wallet ux we will stop seeing this as “L1” or “L2” assets and instead see them as “ETH” assets with varying degrees of security and censorship resistance bullish

because the abstraction will happen first within the eth ecosystem also, eth has strong network effects across users, even though assets might be split across l2s i just don’t think solana people will care much about punks because they aren’t status symbols within their social network, even if they can easily buy one with sol
