you can hold something from 10m to 100m, it goes down to 50m, you will feel like you're down 50% instead of up 5x

i have this if i’m actively watching/trading something 

but if i notice the 5x only after the 50% drawdown it doesn’t seem to phase me because i didn’t actively pass on an opportunity to sell higher

i used to feel that way but that feeling goes away after a while i think.

Losing $100 feels twice as bad as gaining $100 feels good.

Or you can realize that you never had anything but a number on your screen. It’s only real when you execute the trade.
